Late CaNcellation and Failure to attend policy

As of the 01/06/2025 the following changes will be applied:


1. A non-refundable deposit will be required on booking any appointments, with the exception to:

  1. Denplan Care patients, however any appointments that are failed to attend or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a charge applied and would require payment before booking another appointment.
  2. Denplan Essentials patients will not require to pay a deposit for the following appointments, however any appointments that are failed to attend or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a charge applied and would require payment before booking another appointment.
    1. Dental Examination (Check-up)
    2. Scale and Polish with the Hygienist or dentist

2. The amount of deposit paid will depend on the length of appointment:

  1. For example, if you call and book a check-up and Hygienist appointment, we would require a £50 deposit (£20 for the check-up and £30 for the hygienist appointment).
